Usually kalgan root is sold ready-dried, it can be purchased in pharmacies or from herbalists, as well as licorice root. Rinse the kalgan, put it in a jar, licorice and coffee beans in the same place. If you have not found the licorice root or it gives off an unpleasant smell, a generous teaspoon of neutral honey will replace it well. We fill the ingredients with alcohol, grain alcohol or, alternatively, wheat vodka is best suited as an alcohol base, the main thing is that without aromatic additives.
Insist in a dark place at room temperature for 2 to 3 weeks. After filtering through gauze, then through cotton wool, we try, if necessary, you can sweeten it with honey or fructose, perhaps the taste will be very saturated, then it is better to dilute with alcohol.
