Step 1:
Peel the apples from the seeds and peel, cut into slices. Be sure to roll in flour. Prepare the batter: beat the egg, add half the water and flour. Stir, dilute with the remaining water.
Step 2:
Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan (layer 7-10 mm). Dip the apples in the batter and fry on both sides until light in color.
Step 3:
Put on napkins to absorb excess fat. Then transfer to a plate.
Step 4:
Prepare caramel: pour sugar into a frying pan, add vegetable oil, mix. Heat the sugar until brown, rarely stir at the beginning, constantly at the end. At the end, add sesame seeds, remove from heat and pour over the apples. Caramel freezes very quickly!
