Honey marinade on balsamic vinegar for chicken

Do you want to cook a delicious chicken? This marinade will help you! I love marinades for meat using honey and balsamic vinegar. And seasonings will make the meat very fragrant. If you like sour marinades, you can dilute balsamic vinegar with wine in proportions of 1:1. As a result, the marinade is enough to cook one medium-sized chicken.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 10 min

1. Pour honey into a bowl, add balsamic vinegar to it.
2. Add mustard to honey and vinegar.
3. Peel the garlic, squeeze it through a press (or you can finely chop it).
4. Put oregano, basil and chopped garlic in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix everything thoroughly. It is necessary for the honey to dissolve.

The marinade is ready and you can coat the chicken with it. It's good to leave the meat to marinate for a few hours, but you can cook it right away.

Have a good cooking!
