Cooking method
Half of butter (60 grams)- melt with chocolate broken into squares. When the melted butter and chocolate begin to turn into two different consistencies, you need to add milk. Stir for 2-3 minutes until smooth. Leave to cool for 4-5 minutes.
Pour the condensed milk and the remaining softened butter at room temperature into the bowl. Beat with a blender until smooth. Add melted butter and chocolate. Add vanilla sugar and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
