Cooking method
Dilute yeast in warm milk (small amount), add a spoonful of sugar and leave to rise. As soon as the foam cap appears, we work further with the test.
Sift flour, pour milk with yeast into flour, add sugar, salt, stir. Beat in the eggs and knead the dough. Then pour in the vegetable oil and continue to knead. Let the dough rest for two hours, it will rise during this time. Then knead again and leave to rise again.
You can cook any pastry from it, not only pizza, with any fillings, sweet and unsweetened. You can have pies, buns, rolls.
Any pastry turns out to be very airy.
For pizza, roll out the base-dough, transfer to a baking sheet with parchment, greased with oil. Coat the dough layer with sauce (you can just use ketchup). And put any filling on top: sausage, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, cheese.
