Soup with Hunter's Sausages
A nice change from your usual menu, and easy to make. Soup with hunter's sausages is great for lunch — serve it with sour cream and whole-grain or dark bread. It's a wonderful alternative to the usual winter cabbage soups and borscht.

Step 1:
Gather the ingredients from the list: hunter's sausages, potatoes, carrot, onion, oil for frying, beans in tomato sauce, and spices to taste.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into large pieces, and put them on to cook. Cut the carrot into matchsticks and the onion into small dice.
