Step-by-step cooking
I prefer yeast dough on kefir to regular yeast dough. From it, such food as pastries turns out to be more magnificent and, in my opinion, much tastier. Now I will share with you the culinary recipe of this test. We start by heating butter (or margarine) to a liquid consistency. Then we heat the milk to a moderate temperature and dissolve the pressed yeast in it. Now mix separately granulated sugar, kefir, chicken eggs, salt, add yeast in milk and liquid butter, mix everything well. Then we gradually introduce flour pre-sifted a couple of times into the mixture and knead an elastic, homogeneous dough that does not stick to the hands. Now we take a saucepan, lubricate it with oil, put our dough in it and put it in a warm place for about an hour and a half. The dough should rise 2-3 times. After the specified time, we sprinkle the table with flour, spread the dough and make the pastries you need from it.
