1. My chicken fillet, cut into small pieces. Pour soy sauce into a bowl, add egg whites, pour sesame seeds and starch, mix. In the resulting marinade, spread the chicken, leave for 10 minutes.
2. After the specified time, fry the meat in vegetable oil until almost ready, then pour rice vinegar, Teriyaki sauce, a little Tabasco, also add pre-chopped green onions and paprika.
3. Remove the cauldron from the fire, cover with a lid, leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes, then drain the excess oil and serve the chicken on the table.
