Snacks are a universal dish that can be served both on a holiday and on weekdays. Snacks in tartlets have been especially popular lately. It should be noted that such a snack is a profitable solution. After all, it takes very little time to prepare it, and the filling can be very diverse: from sweet to salty and even spicy. The only caveat is to serve such a snack immediately after cooking. A couple of hours - and the tartlets will get wet, from which they will lose their taste, the tartlet itself will no longer be crispy.

1. The first step is to boil the eggs. To do this, put them in a small saucepan, fill with water. We send the saucepan to the fire, bring it to a boil. From the moment of boiling, cook for 6 minutes.

2. We transfer the eggs to a pre-prepared container filled with cold water. When they cool down, we peel them from the shell. Cut the prepared chicken eggs into very small cubes. We put it in a bowl.

3. Drain the liquid from the liver of the cod, spread the liver to the eggs. Knead with a fork. The pieces of eggs and liver should be the same size.

4. Green onions are washed under running water, then dried with a paper towel. Finely chop, spread in a salad. We leave a little for decorating snacks.

5. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon, add it to the rest of the ingredients. Add the juice to taste, it is not necessary to add the whole. Salt. Mix well.

6. We fill the tartlets with stuffing. Decorate with chopped green onions, left earlier.

Serve immediately on the table. Bon appetit!
