COOKING:
1. Wash the chicken fillet, remove the films, tendons and excess fat, cut each breast in half. Dry with a paper towel and beat off with a hammer.
2. Grind garlic in a mortar or blender, add orange juice, lemon, olive oil, Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Marinate the chicken fillet in the marinade for 30-40 minutes. Put it in the refrigerator, stirring from time to time.
3. Break the egg, beat lightly with a fork. Grind the nuts to medium crumbs, pour into a plate.
4. Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil.
5. Dry the pickled fillet with paper towels, dip it in an egg, then pan in ground nuts and fry until golden brown on both sides.
6. Bring to readiness for 6-10 minutes in an oven preheated to 150 °C.
Serve with spaghetti in parsley and cherry sauce (I have the sauce recipe in the recipes).
