Put the onion husk in water with salt, boil for 20 minutes, let the husk thaw, and the broth will turn dark.
Cut the fat into small pieces, put it in a boiling broth for 7-10 minutes.
After removing the pan from the fire, put the crushed garlic in it.
Keep the fat in the broth until it cools completely. After we take it out, dip each piece in crushed garlic, sprinkle with red pepper on top.
We put the fat in polyethylene and put it in the freezer.
