Cut the sweet pepper into cubes.
For the sauce: mix orange juice, juice squeezed from an orange, sugar, soy sauce, ginger root, garlic, red pepper in a bowl.
Prepare a thickener - dilute 2 tablespoons of starch with three tablespoons of cold water. Set the bowl aside.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg with a fork.
Pour starch into a plate.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Take pieces of chicken, dip them in egg, roll in starch, fry in a frying pan, trying not to let the pieces stick to each other.
After roasting, put the meat on a paper napkin to remove excess fat.
Take a clean frying pan and pour the sauce on it. When the sauce boils, add a thickener.
Stirring, wait for the sauce to thicken and put the fried chicken to it.
Mix, wait another 2 minutes, add the chopped onion and remove from heat.
Rice is very well suited to garnish this dish.
Boil rice, add salt, turmeric, butter. Mix everything well.
Put a cooking ring on a plate, lay out the rice, lightly seal it with a spoon. Remove the ring. Put the chicken around the rice. Decorate with onion feathers.
Although this dish has its own sauce, but pesto sauce will not be superfluous at all.
