Step 1:
We will prepare all the necessary ingredients for making a jellied pie on kefir and mayonnaise. Peel the onion from the spoiled feathers, rinse and dry. Boil the eggs for the filling hard-boiled and cool. Turn on the oven to warm up to a temperature of 180 degrees.
Step 2:
Finely chop the green onion.
Step 3:
Peel and grate the eggs on a coarse grater or chop with a knife. Add the eggs to the chopped onion.
Step 4:
Salt the onion and eggs and mix.
Step 5:
Pour kefir into a bowl and add mayonnaise, mix everything well. Instead of kefir, you can take liquid sour cream, fermented baked milk or fresh yogurt.
Step 6:
In another bowl, beat the eggs with salt until fluffy foam. Add them to the bowl with the mayonnaise mixture and mix gently from the bottom up.
Step 7:
Mix flour with baking powder and sift into a bowl with the mixture. Knead the air, liquid dough.
Step 8:
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and pour half of the dough into it. We level it with a spoon.
Step 9:
Spread the onion and egg filling evenly over the entire surface.
Step 10:
Fill the filling with the remaining dough and level the surface.
Step 11:
Put the pie in a hot oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, until ready. The top should become ruddy, and the wooden skewer should remain dry when pierced.
Step 12:
Cool and serve warm with cold milk or hot tea, coffee. Enjoy your meal.
Such a pie is made very simply, and almost anyone can make it. You can take any filling, from potatoes, berries, apple. It can be made with canned fish or boiled fish with the addition of fried onions or meat and boiled chicken. Instead of baking powder, you can take a simple baking soda, but less than 2 times and you need to extinguish it with lemon juice. Flour can be used not only ordinary, but for non-sweet pies, part can be replaced with whole grain. Then the pie will turn out to be more useful, though less tender and airy.
