Cooking method
Pour water into an enameled saucepan (or stainless steel) and pour into it the specified amount of sugar - regular and vanilla. Put the pan on medium heat, bring the liquid to a boil and keep on fire for 5 minutes. In the process, stir and remove the foam. Then remove the pan from the heat and let its contents cool down.
While the syrup cools, carefully wash the lemons with the back of the sponge for washing dishes, under warm running water. Then wipe the lemons dry and remove a thin layer of peel with a special knife. We remove only the yellow layer without touching the white one, otherwise there will be excessive bitterness in the drink.
In a separate container, preferably glass, we combine lemon zest, cloves and cinnamon together, pour everything with vodka and leave it warm for several hours (at least three). At this time, we sort through the grapes, removing all the spoiled berries. Wash the grapes, put them on a clean, dry towel to dry. We put the grapes in a glass container in which it is supposed to make a tincture.
We take out the cinnamon stick and cloves from the vodka, after which we pour the grapes with a fragrant liquid. Pour sugar syrup into the same place, mix. We seal the container tightly and put it in a dark place for 3 months. The room temperature should be room temperature.
When the specified period has passed, we filter the drink through a thick layer of gauze, then pour it into beautiful bottles. The bottles are hermetically sealed and put away for storage in the cold, for example, a cellar or refrigerator. It is absolutely necessary that the storage place is dark.
The tincture is ready!
