This liqueur is good for its versatility in use and simplicity of the recipe. After all, for its preparation, you will not need any special culinary skills, scarce products or special equipment. But the result will please all coffee lovers.
So... Fry bitter almonds in a dry frying pan. In this case, it will need bitter almonds. Due to the high content of such a substance as amygdalin, this type of almond has a pronounced aroma that its sweet counterpart does not possess. That is why bitter almonds are often used in the preparation of various syrups, tinctures. Thanks to this, the finished liquor will acquire an amazing and unique flavor.
Put the prepared almonds, coffee and vanilla pod in a glass container. Pour all the vodka and put it in a dark, cool place. Let the liquor brew for 2 weeks. Shake the contents at least once a day for a better taste. After the specified time, strain the tincture through several layers of gauze.
Prepare sugar syrup. To do this, pour sugar into a small saucepan and pour water. Bring the contents to a boil over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. As soon as the syrup begins to thicken, remove from the heat and let it cool. Pour the prepared sugar syrup into a glass container with tincture and stir well. In the future, when preparing liqueur, the sugar syrup content can vary from more to less, depending on personal taste preferences.
Vodka and coffee liqueur is ready. It can be served with milk and chocolate desserts, used in baking dough, added to coffee in the morning, make various cocktails based on it or drink in small portions, adding ice cubes, as an aperitif.
