In China, there are many legends associated with this fruit. Once it was available only to emperors and their family members. Today, lychees are available to almost everyone, but they are still expensive compared to other fruits. Nevertheless, if there are lychees, and what to cook with them is unclear, lemonade will be a great solution. Especially if the hot summer sun is shining outside the window. The drink will be refreshing, fragrant and sweet.
Lychee peeled from the pink shell, remove the bones, cutting them in the center. The prepared fleshy pulp is transferred to the bowl of a blender. Grind the lychee to a homogeneous consistency - puree.
Add sugar to the bowl, then squeeze out the lemon juice. You may want to add more lemon juice, especially for those who like sourness. But it is better not to do this, since the taste of lemonade will be too saturated and even, most likely, will be bitter.
Mix everything again with a blender. It is necessary that the sugar crystals completely dissolve. Sugar can be put a little more or a little less - according to your own taste.
It remains to strain the liquid and the drink will be ready! So, filter it through a fine strainer, send it to the refrigerator to cool down for at least one hour. And it's better for two.
If desired, you can supplement the lemonade with ice cubes - in this case, you do not need to wait for the drink to cool in the refrigerator.
Pour the lemonade into glasses and serve it to the table.
