Cooking method

We prepare four 340 ml glasses for a cocktail. You will need four glasses in total. If everything is ready, you can proceed directly to the drink.

Lychees are best used fresh, not canned. In extreme cases, you can also use them, and instead of lychee juice, use syrup from a jar. But still, the taste and aroma of canned and fresh lychees cannot be compared, so it is recommended to find fresh fruits. We clean the lychee, for which we make an incision in the center on one side. We remove the shell of dark pink color, extract the black inedible bone. We put one fragrant fruit in each glass.

Pour sparkling wine into each glass by about three-quarters of its volume. It is important that the wine is of high quality. The taste of the finished drink will depend on this. Then we pour lychee juice into four glasses, we try to pour it equally. It's good if it's freshly squeezed lychee juice, but you can also use the store option.

We also divide the rose water into four parts, pouring it into glasses from above. Rose water is a common flavoring agent. If it is not available, you can prepare rose water yourself in advance. And you can replace it with another flavor, for example, vanilla. But still, it is the aroma of roses that is perfectly combined in this cocktail with Prosecco and lychees.

That's it, the cocktail is ready!

You can serve cocktails to tasters! :)

You can and should experiment with the number of components. If you pour more wine, the drink will be fresher and less sweet. If you want a more pronounced sweet taste, the amount of wine should be reduced, and pour more lychee juice.
