Oatmeal kvass with honey and raisins

The drink is very easy to prepare, even a schoolboy can cope. The only thing is that you need to wait a couple of days for the result. The first kvass is drained, and they already drink kvass from the second bay. By the way, after drinking a drink, oats can be poured again, adding honey and raisins if desired. Thus, kvass can be made on the same oats for one month!

1. Pour the oats into a bowl, fill with water, stir. Then we drain the water, and with it the litter that has surfaced. In this way, we wash the oats a couple of times until the water becomes clean.

2. In a three-liter jar, we put the already washed oats and half a portion of honey. Regarding honey: it should be liquid. If the honey is thick, it is better to melt it in a microwave oven. Fill the ingredients with clean drinking water. Cover the jar with a piece of gauze folded in two or three layers. Leave for three days at room temperature.

3. After the specified time, the kvass will begin to foam. We drain the first kvass, we won't need it. In the remaining oats in the jar, add honey and raisins again, pour clean cold water (take the same amount as the first time). Mix, cover with a clean piece of gauze, folded in a couple of layers. Leave for three days at room temperature.

After the specified time, the drink is completely ready. It should be filtered and you can drink it.
