Cooking method
First you need to prepare the rowan:
- wash;
- separate the berries from the brushes;
- throw away damaged and rotten berries.
Next, you need to fill the rowan with water and leave it to soak for a day, while changing the water every 6 hours.
After soaking, put the berries in a saucepan, pour fresh water and bring to a boil over high heat.
Strain the rowan, pour it into a glass container, add sugar and citric acid, shake and pour vodka. Seal the bottle tightly and send it to a dark place for infusion for 5 days.
Ready-made rowan tincture should be stored in a cool place in a glass container.
