Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
We start with cutting the chicken carcass, if you do not have a set of chicken wings in stock. But it is also desirable to divide them into parts.
Step 2:
Putting the parts of the wings in a saucepan, fill them with cold water. Cover the saucepan with a lid, turn on the gas.
Step 3:
While the water is boiling, we need to have time to prepare the key ingredients for this light wing soup. Peel, rinse and chop the carrots.
Step 4:
Immediately send the carrot to the wings, and then, after peeling the potatoes, cut it into cubes.
Step 5:
We will also lower the potato cubes into the water and set up the onion - this is also one of the main components of such a soup. We cut in the preferred format.
Step 6:
Put the onion in a saucepan in which the water has not boiled yet. It would be possible to stop at this, having cooked everything until ready, seasoned with salt and spices. But the soup with wings will be even more useful if you add other vegetables to it. The celery stalk, which should be cut across, will show itself perfectly.
Step 7:
Then, after sending the celery into the already boiling water, cover with a cube a little fresh cabbage. It also needs to be put in a saucepan.
Step 8:
After bringing the contents of the saucepan to a boil, peel, wash and cut the garlic into strips. It gives an excellent effect, giving the soup a piquant taste and aroma. It should also be put in the soup.
Step 9:
After 5 minutes, you can add salt to the soup, season with spices and, after letting it boil, turn it off immediately. The fragrant soup will brew in 15 minutes under the lid. That's when you can already treat your family!
And more tips
The wings can be put whole, but it is better to cut them, so that the fleshy part goes into the soup and that it is convenient to eat these pieces.
You can take any vegetables that you currently have in stock.
You can put any cereals and pasta in the soup with wings (preferably vermicelli).
Wings can be fried before laying in a saucepan (like vegetables), but not everyone can afford it.
You can put all the components in the water in turn or all at once, because the wings cook quickly.
It is better to cook this soup at one time!
