Cooking method
1. Boil water, remove from heat;
2. Pour the coconut chips into boiling water, mix, close the lid;
3. Leave for 2 hours, preferably overnight;
4. Transfer the resulting mass to a blender, grind until smooth for 10-15 minutes;
5. Strain the resulting gruel through a sieve, and then through gauze, folded better in 2 layers;
6. You can hang gauze with mush for 2-3 hours, and then squeeze out the liquid with your hands, or you can put it under the press.
Everything - coconut milk is ready - you can use it for its intended purpose - for cooking various dishes or just as a drink with your favorite fillers.
