Cooking method
Absolutely any fruit can be used to make homemade fruit wine. But depending on the natural sweetness of the original fruit, it is necessary to slightly change the recipe for making wine.
I suggest taking the following two recipes as a basis.
The first recipe. Apple wine or any other fruit with sourness.
Mix rowan and apple juices in the prepared container, add water, sugar. Then we add a wine starter made from berries.
We leave the resulting mixture for fermentation.
When the fermentation process comes to an end, we filter the wine, pour it into another container, pour alcohol and vodka.
We keep the mixture for about a week, then filter it out again and bottle it for further storage.
From these ingredients, about ten liters of homemade fruit wine are obtained.
The second recipe. Wine made from peaches or any sweet fruit.
Wash the peaches, remove the bones. Grind using a meat grinder or blender and put in a suitable container.
Then pour water there, add honey and leave for three weeks.
Filter the resulting mixture, add the remaining components and insist for another three weeks.
Ready-made homemade fruit wine is bottled for storage for about two months in a cool place.
Following these recipes, you can make any fruit wine.
