Ripe berries need to be sorted and thoroughly rinsed. Now you need to prick each berry with a needle in several places. You can do it easier and just stretch them with a pusher. But in this case, the drink may turn out to be cloudy and it will need to be filtered through gauze.

Pour sugar into the berry gruel, mix and leave to infuse for up to three days.

After the specified time, pour in a small part of the moonshine so that it covers the berries. It is best to make the tincture in a saucepan or jar. There it is well fermented and then it is more convenient to drain the drink.

Put in a dark place. When the mixture starts to ferment, pour in half of the remaining moonshine. Mix well and leave to infuse for two weeks. After a while, drain the liquid into a clean jar and put it in the refrigerator.

Pour the remaining berries into the jar with the second half of the moonshine and leave for another two weeks. After a while, strain the tincture and mix it with the previously cast tincture. If the drink turned out to be cloudy, then you can strain it by constructing a filter made of gauze with cotton. Put the tincture to rest for a couple of days. After that, the cranberry tincture on homemade moonshine is ready. You can bottle it and seal it.
