Pour the water into a saucepan and put it on the stove. When the water heats up, add condensed milk to it. Dissolve the coffee in a small amount of hot water and send it to the milk mixture, add vanillin there. Bring everything together to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Cool to a warm state and pour in vodka. Pour the liquor from the pan into a bottle and put it in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Milk-coffee liqueur is ready! Have a nice time!
