Cooking method
Dissolve a kilo of sugar in a liter of cold water. Cook on the stove, bringing to a boil. When the sugar syrup begins to thicken, turn off the fire. Pour the syrup into 3 liters of berry juice. Generously add vodka. Stir and cover with a lid.
Now we have to wait two days before the liqueur reaches the condition we need. After the expiration of the period, the lingonberry liqueur is poured into bottles. We seal them up and transfer them to the pantry.
