How to make a pork heart salad with cucumber and carrots? I invented this salad myself when it was spring outside, and I really wanted something fresh, but there was no desire to eat greenhouse vegetables at all...Actually, everything is very simple, boil the potatoes until cooked in skins. We clean and boil the heart, cool it. Then peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes. Cut the heart into cubes or thin cubes. Peel and grate the fresh carrots. Before you rub the carrot, you can put the eggs to boil. I usually cook no more than 8 minutes, so that the yolk remains beautiful and yellow, not blue. Peel the eggs, cut into cubes. Then add the chopped cucumbers and chopped onions and mix everything thoroughly, then season with mayonnaise. You can add greens, who likes, but I did not add, because my family does not really like it in the salad. That's all. The salad is ready, we serve it beautifully and enjoy it)
It's better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting
recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
How to cook hard-boiled eggs? To prevent the eggs from cracking during cooking, put them in cold water and put them on a small fire to cook. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then pour cold water and cool. From a sharp temperature drop, the shell will be better cleaned.
