To begin with, we pour boiling water over the dry cabbage to let it swell. To do this, take a bigger pot, because the cabbage will increase in volume three times. We leave it under the lid for half an hour. After thoroughly rinsing it in a colander under the tap. Now cut into pieces about four centimeters long. Squeeze out the juice of one lemon (you can pour soy sauce), sprinkle with black pepper to taste. Cut the onion into half rings and fry it in oil until golden brown. We also put crushed garlic here. Add the fragrant mass to the cabbage along with diced boiled eggs. Mix gently and leave to languish under a linen towel for half an hour.
