Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the products according to the list. Take a ripe, soft banana. This will allow the cream to be enveloping and soft.
Step 2:
Make the cream first. The butter should be at room temperature. If you have it, like me, from the refrigerator, cut it into small cubes and it will soften quickly. Take a good oil, not lower than 82.5% fat content.
Step 3:
Rinse the banana under the tap and remove the skin. Cut the peeled banana into small pieces, add it to the oil.
Step 4:
Pour half a can of condensed milk to the prepared ingredients. If desired, you can take boiled condensed milk, but check the composition well, now you can hardly find high-quality condensed milk. Therefore, I prefer to take the proven and cook it myself if necessary. In this case, there is no such need, so let's take ordinary condensed milk.
Step 5:
Rub the mixture of butter, banana and condensed milk well with a fork. If desired, you can use an immersion blender, the cream will have a more uniform consistency.
Step 6:
Dip crumbly cookies in warm milk and lay out a layer.
Step 7:
Cover the cookies well with a layer of cream. Alternate layers until all the cookies are finished.
Step 8:
For the top coating of the cake, add cocoa powder to the cream, mix it well.
Step 9:
Cover the cake with brown cream on top and put it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour for impregnation.
Banana cake condensed milk cookies without baking - a simple and quick dessert. It will take you much less time to prepare than to impregnate, although the cake is also soaked for a long time. It all depends on which cookie you choose.
