- How do you make pasta with squid in cream sauce?
- Boil the pasta until done in salted water. Don't overcook it — on the contrary, it should be a little firm. 2. Cut the squid thinly, and peel and chop the onion. 3. Heat a skillet with the butter and add the squid and onion. 4. Fry for a couple of minutes, then add the cream and sour cream. 5. Add salt and basil and stir everything together. 6. Keep it on the heat for a couple of minutes, then add the pasta, sprinkle with cheese, stir, and warm everything together for another couple of minutes. Enjoy!
