Pasta with Squid in Cream Sauce

A fast and very tasty seafood main course. Pasta with squid in cream sauce is very fast and incredibly easy to make. Even so, the finished dish tastes simply excellent. And if you make the pasta yourself, it turns out even more delicious.

  • How do you make pasta with squid in cream sauce?
    1. Boil the pasta until done in salted water. Don't overcook it — on the contrary, it should be a little firm. 2. Cut the squid thinly, and peel and chop the onion. 3. Heat a skillet with the butter and add the squid and onion. 4. Fry for a couple of minutes, then add the cream and sour cream. 5. Add salt and basil and stir everything together. 6. Keep it on the heat for a couple of minutes, then add the pasta, sprinkle with cheese, stir, and warm everything together for another couple of minutes. Enjoy!
