Pasta with Soy Sauce and Chicken

Hearty pasta with chicken fillet and a soy-honey sauce. Soy-honey sauce goes perfectly with chicken. You can use it to bake chicken whole or in pieces — or make a dish like this one. Pasta and honey, incompatible? Not at all. I was pleasantly surprised by the result.

    1. Boil the pasta until done. It should be slightly firm, not mushy. Drain the finished pasta in a colander. 2. Wash and pat the chicken fillet dry, cut it into medium pieces, and fry it in the olive oil and butter for about 10 minutes. 3. Add the soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice to the chicken, stir, and simmer covered over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring now and then. 4. Add the pasta to the skillet with the chicken, stir, and warm it through for about 4 minutes. 5. Spoon the finished pasta onto plates and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
