  • Whisk together the egg yolk, honey, and vanilla sugar, and add a little of the milk. Mix to the consistency of thick sour cream. Add the flour and, if you like, a pinch of yellow food coloring — though it's optional, since the cake turns yellow on its own from the ingredients. Mix thoroughly and pour in the rest of the milk. Stir again, set it over the heat, bring to a boil while stirring, and cook briefly until thickened. Take it off the heat, let it cool a little, add the butter, and whisk — the filling is ready! Grate the cookies and stir them into the filling. Mix, spread it onto a platter, and shape it into a rectangle, then use the back of a rolling pin to press in the dimples — SpongeBob's pores. Now decorate SpongeBob: melt the dark chocolate and spread it across the bottom of the rectangle for his pants; with a hot knife, cut a strip of white chocolate for his shirt collar, and cut his mouth from dark chocolate the same way. Make all the other details from the gummy candies. Chill your storybook hero in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Arrange any leftover gummies prettily around him on the platter, to the kids' delight! Enjoy!
