Step 1:
How to make a Man's whim salad with chicken? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use any cheese, the main thing is that it is easily grated and delicious.
Step 2:
It is necessary to boil the chicken fillet and eggs in advance. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the water and cool the eggs in cold water. Pour the chicken meat with water, bring to a boil and cook for 25-30 minutes, adding a little salt. Then the meat must be cooled.
Step 3:
Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop. In a small bowl, combine vinegar and water. Add sugar and mix everything together. Pour the chopped onion and leave to stand for 15-20 minutes so that it is marinated. Then drain all the water.
Step 4:
The salad will be stacked in layers. To do this, put the serving ring in the plate in which you plan to serve the salad. Cut the chicken meat into small pieces and put the first layer on the bottom. Tamp a little and smear with mayonnaise.
Step 5:
Put the pickled onion on the chicken. It is not necessary to lubricate the onion with mayonnaise, since it is quite juicy and there is not much of it.
Step 6:
Peel the boiled eggs from the shell and grate on a coarse grater. Put the grated eggs in the next layer. Also press down a little and smear with mayonnaise.
Step 7:
Put the last layer of cheese, grated on a fine grater. Remove the serving ring from the finished salad and cool the salad in the refrigerator a little before serving. Garnish the salad with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
