Step 1:
Let's start cooking the soup with the preparation of all the ingredients.
Step 2:
Put chicken wings in a saucepan and pour 2 liters of water. Cook the chicken for 30 minutes after boiling, not forgetting to remove the foam from the surface of the soup.
Step 3:
Wash the barley groats and put them in a saucepan with the chicken. We continue to cook the soup for another 30 minutes.
Step 4:
Cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the soup. At this stage, we put salt in the soup.
Step 5:
Chop the onion.
Step 6:
Grate carrots on a fine grater.
Step 7:
We roast onions and carrots in butter.
Step 8:
We send the roast to the pan, cook the soup for another 5 minutes and turn off the gas.
