Cooking method
1. In a deep bowl, break the chicken eggs. Using a hand whisk, we turn them into a homogeneous mass.
2. Here we pour the poppy, mix. We send it to the refrigerator for four hours.
3. After the specified time, pour kefir into the egg-poppy mixture, pour sugar. Mix it up.
4. Here we sift flour with baking powder, knead the dough. The dough is similar in consistency to the classic sponge cake, like thick sour cream.
5. On the parchment, draw a circle of the desired diameter, lay out 1 \ 4 part of the dough on it. Leveling up. Place the parchment on a baking sheet, send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
6. Bake for about 10-15 minutes. In this way, we bake the other three cakes. Cool at room temperature.
7. While the cakes are baking and cooling down, we will prepare the cream. Pour the milk (about 450 ml) into a saucepan, send it to the fire. Bring to a boil.
8. Sift the flour into a bowl, pour the remaining milk to it, mix with a whisk until smooth. Not a single lump should remain in the mixture.
9. Pour the resulting mass into hot milk, while stirring continuously. Cook until thickened for 1-2 minutes.
10. Remove from heat, cool. We put the softened butter in a bowl, pour powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and cocoa powder to it. Beat the ingredients with a mixer into a fluffy mass.
11. In portions, add the chocolate cream mass to the custard, beat each time with a mixer.
12. The cooled cakes are generously smeared with cream. The top and sides of the cake are also covered with cream. We send the delicacy to the refrigerator for the night (8-10 hours).
