Step 1:

Step 2:
Break the shortbread cookies into smaller pieces with your hands, and then use a meat grinder or a powerful blender to grind the cookies into a homogeneous fine crumb. Pre-broken cookies are much easier and faster to grind in the future.
Step 3:
Dry the walnuts a little in a dry frying pan. Grind the nuts with a blender or mortar into fine crumbs. add the chopped walnuts and softened butter to the shortbread crumbs.
Step 4:
Using a tablespoon or with your hands, grind the cookie crumbs and crushed nuts together with butter into a homogeneous mass.
Step 5:
Gently add the condensed milk and mix into the most homogeneous mass.
Step 6:
You should get a soft, slightly crumbly, but plastic mass that holds its shape well.
Step 7:
Compacting the mass of shortbread cookies with your hands, form "potatoes" of a small oval shape. I made cakes of 70 g each.
Step 8:
Carefully roll each cake in cocoa powder and place on a large flat dish and cool slightly. I served a cake without baking cookies, Potatoes in paper molds that are used for baking muffins.
