Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

1.How to make a salad of broken cucumbers? Wash the cucumbers, cut them into halves lengthwise and remove the seeds. It is very easy to do this with a teaspoon.

2. Now we make cucumbers "broken". Literally :) Turn the halves with the skin up and beat off with a wide knife (its flat side). It is necessary that the cucumbers crack slightly.

3. Cut the cucumbers into small pieces of any shape, put them in a bowl, then sprinkle with salt (about 1 teaspoon), pour vinegar, mix and leave for 10 minutes.

4. Remove the stone from the olives, cut into small pieces.

5. Cut the chili pepper into thin rings, finely chop the green onions, chop the basil (basil leaves can be left whole), squeeze lemon juice into a glass.

6. Discard the cucumbers in a colander, then transfer them to a salad bowl.

7. Add chili, onion and olive slices to the cucumbers.

8. Pour lemon juice over everything (about 2 tablespoons - focus on your taste).

9. Mix olive oil with balsamic vinegar, season the salad with the mixture.

10. Sprinkle the salad with ground black pepper and basil on top and serve immediately.

Enjoy!
