Squid and Pickle Salad
A tasty little salad that comes together with almost no effort! Squid dishes always cook up fast, which busy cooks really appreciate. Squid makes especially good salads — ones you can serve with confidence at any party, since the flavor wins everyone over.

Step 1:
Gather all the ingredients.

Rinse the pickle and cut it into small cubes. Save a couple of thin slices for garnish.

Cut the cleaned squid into rings.

Boil it in lightly salted water for three minutes.

Rinse the green onion and chop it finely.

Step 6:
Once the cooked squid has cooled, cut it into cubes.

Combine all the chopped ingredients and add the peas.

Stir in the mayonnaise. There's no need to add salt — the pickles bring plenty.

Step 9:
Spoon into bowls. Garnish with the pickle slices you set aside earlier. Dig in and enjoy!
