Cooking method
Pour filtered water into the pot, put the pot of water on the fire and bring it to a boil. In boiling water, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil (this is done so that the pasta does not stick together) and salt, after which we pour the pasta. Pasta can be used in any shape. These can be, for example, horns, bows or farfalle, but they must necessarily be made of durum wheat. Cook the pasta until al dente, because they will later be cooked in a frying pan. Then we throw them into a colander to drain the excess liquid.
We take the boiled sausage and peel it from the artificial shell. Cut the sausage into cubes of the same size. If pasta of a small shape is used, then we cut the cubes into small ones. If the shape of the pasta is too large, then we cut the sausage larger.
Peel the onion from the husk and cut it into small cubes.
Take a frying pan, pour in a little vegetable oil and put the sausage cubes in it. Fry the sausage until lightly browned. After that, add the chopped onion to the pan, mix. We continue to fry the contents of the pan for a few minutes.
As soon as the onion becomes ruddy-golden, we transfer the previously boiled pasta to the pan. Add some spices and, if necessary, a little more salt.
Mix all the ingredients well and fry them for another 2-3 minutes, then turn off the heat and remove the pan from the stove. Pasta with sausage in a frying pan is ready. We put the pasta in a dish or spread it in portions on each plate and serve it on the table. If desired, pasta with sausage can be sprinkled with fresh herbs or finely grated cheese. You can also prepare a sauce for this dish, for example, cream or cheese.
Note.
Depending on which sausage products will be used, the taste of the dish itself will differ.
