Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the products necessary for making soup. Carrots, onions and potatoes will be washed and peeled. Wash the greens thoroughly.
Step 2:
Finely chop the onion.
Step 3:
Cut carrots into strips.
Step 4:
Put onions, carrots, salt in a saucepan and pour water. We put the pan on the fire.
Step 5:
Finely chop the dill.
Step 6:
Beat the egg with salt. I had a big egg.
Step 7:
Add a third of the beaten egg and half of the chopped dill to the minced chicken.
Step 8:
Knead the thick minced meat.
Step 9:
We make small round meatballs from minced meat.
Step 10:
Cut potatoes into cubes.
Step 11:
After the soup has boiled, we lower the potatoes and meatballs into it. Cook the soup until the potatoes are ready.
Step 12:
During this time, we make dough for dumplings. To do this, mix the flour and the remaining beaten egg. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream. If the dough turns out to be too thick, you can add a little water to it.
Step 13:
We begin to lower the dumplings into the soup. To do this, we collect a third of a teaspoon of dough and use the second teaspoon to push the dough into the soup. Bring the soup to a boil, continue to cook for another 5 minutes and remove the pan from the heat.
Step 14:
Soup with chicken meatballs and dumplings is ready. Pour the soup into plates, sprinkle with chopped dill.
