Step 1:
How to stuff eggs with crab sticks and cheese? Prepare the products. Boil the eggs beforehand. Crab sticks, if they have been frozen, defrost. I included mayonnaise in the ingredients at the last moment, since without it the filling turned out to be a little dry. You can also add garlic.
Step 2:
Put the melted cheese in a bowl and mash with a fork. I took a standard processed cheese, like "Friendship", in a bar. Choose high-quality cheese, not a cheese product, there should be no vegetable fats in the composition. This cheese is much tastier and healthier.
Step 3:
Cut boiled, cooled and peeled eggs in half lengthwise, remove the yolks and add to the cheese, set aside the whites for now.
Step 4:
Mash the yolks with cheese, it will also be convenient to do with a fork.
Step 5:
Wash and dry the dill. Chop it finely with a sharp knife. Pour the dill into a bowl with the cheese mass.
Step 6:
Peel the crab sticks from the film and cut as small as possible.
Step 7:
Add the chopsticks to the filling bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Don't overdo it — both the cheese and the sticks are quite salty by themselves.
Step 8:
Mix the filling. As I said, my filling turned out to be dry, I added a little mayonnaise, and the dish only benefited from this. Next time I'll add a little more garlic for piquancy.
Step 9:
Fill the protein halves with the resulting minced meat. The more filling you have, the tastier it will be. Put it with a slide. I have some of the filling left, I used it as a spread for sandwiches, you can also stuff tartlets with it.
Step 10:
Decorate the finished stuffed eggs according to your taste and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
How to cook hard-boiled eggs? So that the eggs do not crack when cooking, put them in cold water and put them to cook on a small fire. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then pour cold water and cool. From a sharp temperature drop, the shell will be better cleaned.
How to buy crab sticks correctly? Be sure to pay attention to the expiration date of the product. Surimi meat (minced white fish) should appear in the list of ingredients in the first place. Important! Do not buy the product if there is frost on it. This is a sign of repeated freezing. Fresh sticks should be free of gray and yellow spots, elastic and slightly moist. If the product is sticky, it means it is spoiled.
The film in which each crab stick is wrapped is sometimes poorly removed. To facilitate the process, hold the sticks over the steam for 1-3 seconds.
