Step 1:

Step 4:
Add cardamom to the minced meat.
Step 5:
Squeeze a clove of garlic into the minced meat and mix. Add the minced meat and pieces of lard. For the last time, knead the minced meat until smooth and put it in the cold for 1 hour. If necessary, soak the sausage casings.
Step 6:
Form the shpikachki with a special nozzle.
Step 7:
Preheat the water to 90 degrees and put the shpikachki in it for 2 minutes. After that, shpikachki can be cooked - boiled, fried, baked or taken with you to nature for a campfire, barbecue or grill.
