Cooking method
Immediately before cooking, apricots should be well washed and peeled. To make the skin come off easily, place the apricots in boiling water for a couple of minutes.
After we have peeled the apricots, cut them in half and take out the seeds.
Next, we will use a large saucepan or a metal basin. We put our apricots there, cover them with sugar for 2/3 and leave them overnight.
The next day we take out the pan and put it on the stove. Bring to a boil, then cook over low heat, periodically remove the foam and stir the apricots.
Cooked for 5 minutes, removed from the heat, left to cool for 3-4 hours. Alternate cooking with cooling 3 times.
Then we take the apricots out of the syrup, and put the syrup back on the stove.
Bring to a boil, pour into jars and roll up. Delicious apricot syrup is ready!
