Pineapple does not need to be washed, cut off the upper and lower parts, peel. As a result, you will get about 500 g of pineapple (unfortunately, there will be a lot of scraps). Cut into quarters, cut out the hard middle, cut the rest of the soft flesh into large slices. We put the pineapple in boiling water, add sugar. Sweet tooth sugar can be put more, focus on your taste. After the compote boils for 15 minutes, we set it aside and let it cool and infuse. You can serve pineapple compote from pineapple with or without pulp! Enjoy your meal!
