Cooking method
1. Soak the peas in clean cold water for 4-5 hours (no more!).
2. We wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into large pieces.
3. My carrots, peel, three on a coarse grater.
4. Peel the onion, chop it finely.
5. We put the broth on the fire, bring it to a boil, put potatoes and peas in it. Cook for 20-25 minutes until almost ready. The time is indicated approximately and depends on the potato variety, the variety and time of soaking the peas and the characteristics of your technique. Try the peas and potatoes to taste: if they are almost ready, then you can proceed to the next stage (keep in mind that potatoes with peas will still cook for an additional 10 minutes with fried vegetables and sausages and during this time they will just reach full readiness).
6. At this time, heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry onions and carrots until golden brown.
7. We put the fried vegetables in boiling broth.
8. Fry the sliced sausages in a frying pan without oil for 3-5 minutes. After that, we put the pieces of sausages in a saucepan.
9. Cook the soup for another five minutes, at this time add salt and pepper.
10. Add the parsley to the soup and serve it on the table.
Bon appetit!
