Royal gooseberry jam with walnut

Extremely tasty and healthy jam should be tried by everyone. The taste is not ordinary. Wonderful gooseberry jam with nuts. I tried it when I came to visit my mother-in-law, but then I decided to cook it myself. This is my first jam! I hope you like it!

Remove the stems from the gooseberry. We extract the pulp from them together with the seeds, but we do it so that the berries are not damaged.

Each berry is stuffed with nuts.

We cook syrup from these products. Simmer until the syrup becomes transparent and the sugar dissolves.

Pour hot syrup over berries with nuts and put it to infuse overnight.

In a bowl with syrup in the morning we put a star of star anise. Cook the jam on melden fire until boiling.

Take out the star anise, pour the jam into jars, twist.
