Chicken fillet with side dish

Such a dish always turns out juicy and delicious! Cooking chicken meat is always easy, simple and very tasty! And this recipe is no exception. I like this recipe because thanks to the marinade, the meat becomes very tender and juicy, and you can marinate it in advance.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

Wash the chicken fillet in cold water and dry it with napkins or paper towels.

To prepare the marinade, mix sour cream with mustard.Add a little salt and spices to them. Mix it up.
Add chicken fillet to the resulting marinade in a whole piece. Roll it well in the marinade so that it covers the chicken meat from all sides. Cover the meat bowl with a lid or cling film. Leave in this form for 1-2 hours so that the meat is marinated.

To cook the meat, preheat the pan to a hot state. Pour a little vegetable oil on it. Put the pieces of chicken fillet whole in a frying pan. Fry until golden brown on high heat on one side for 2-3 minutes. Then turn the pieces over and fry the same on the other side.

Peel the onion separately and chop it finely.

When the meat is fried properly on both sides, add the chopped onion to it. Fry everything together for a couple of minutes. Then reduce the heat and pour some hot water into the pan. Cover and simmer the chicken meat for 10-15 minutes. Do not forget to turn it over in the process so that the cooking process takes place more evenly.
During the stewing, the onion will become much softer and slightly boiled, which will give the resulting sauce a little density.

To prepare the side dish, bring the water to a boil in a saucepan, add a little salt and put the spaghetti there. Stir them so they don't stick together. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water until tender, until they become soft. This will take 10-15 minutes.
Then flip the spaghetti into a colander and let the water drain.

Put some ready-made spaghetti on the prepared plates, and next add the chicken fillet. Pour all the sauce that is formed when cooking chicken.

If desired, the finished dish can be sprinkled with fresh herbs when serving. Also, in addition, I recommend cooking a fresh vegetable salad.
Bon appetit!
