Step 1:
To prepare a pancake cake with mushrooms, we will prepare the following ingredients: milk, flour, eggs, salt, sugar, mayonnaise, chicken breast, mushrooms, melted cheese, parsley and sunflower oil.
Step 2:
Break the eggs into a bowl.
Step 3:
Add sugar and salt to the eggs. Now we need to beat the contents of our bowl with a whisk. You can also use a mixer for this purpose.
Step 4:
Add milk to the eggs.
Step 5:
We add flour to the eggs and milk a little at a time.
Step 6:
Add 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil. The dough for pancakes is ready.
Step 7:
Start frying pancakes on medium heat in sunflower oil. Bake not too thin pancakes.
Step 8:
Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. I got 11 pancakes.
Step 9:
After making pancakes, let's start preparing the filling for the cake. To do this, cut the champignons into small pieces.
Step 10:
Fry the mushrooms in sunflower oil until golden brown and the water evaporates completely.
Step 11:
Boil and cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
Step 12:
Mix fried mushrooms and chicken breast.
Step 13:
Grate the melted cheese on a fine grater.
Step 14:
Let's start creating a cake. We put the pancake and lubricate it with mayonnaise.
Step 15:
Apply a mixture of chicken breast and mushrooms to the pancake.
Step 16:
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Step 17:
In this way we spread all the pancakes. Sprinkle the top of the cake with grated cheese and decorate with parsley. Pancake cake with mushrooms is ready. Bon appetit!
