Step 1:
Hard-boiled chicken eggs, after washing their shells with soap. Cook for about 20 minutes on medium heat from the moment the water boils. The water in which the eggs were cooked, we drain and pour them with ice, so that it would be easier to peel off the shell later. Chicken eggs are cleaned and cut into small cubes with a knife.
Step 2:
Potatoes are washed and boiled in a uniform. Let it cool down, peel it and cut it into small cubes.
Step 3:
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop with a knife. If it seems too bitter, you can marinate it in a mixture of vinegar and sugar, or just keep it in boiling water for a few minutes.
Step 4:
Hot smoked cod, the main thing is to use freshly prepared for salad, the shelf life of this product is short due to the fact that a little salt is added with this method of smoking. We clean the fish from the bones and skin, divide the pulp into small pieces.
Step 5:
Fresh cucumber is washed and cut into small cubes. If it seems that the cucumber skin is quite hard, then it is better to remove it so as not to spoil the taste of the salad, it will be even more tender.
Step 6:
If desired, you can supplement the salad with fresh dill and parsley, it will give the salad more flavor and make it fragrant. Put all the cooked ingredients in a deep bowl. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Fill with mayonnaise, mix.
Step 7:
Let the salad soak in the refrigerator for about an hour and serve it to the table in a large salad bowl or in portion salad bowls. Bon appetit!
