Cooking method
Watermelon compote - have you ever tried it? Probably not yet, and if there is a desire to drink it, this recipe will serve a good service.
How to do it: Boil water in a saucepan and dissolve sugar in boiling water. When the sugar dissolves, we turn the stove to a slow fire. Cook until the water turns into a more or less thick syrup. Turn off the cooking.
We separate the watermelon pulp from the crusts and remove the bones from it. Clean flesh is cut into beautiful large cubes. We throw them into the syrup and boil them again. Turn off the stove, and let the compote cool. Drink it like this, or leave it in the refrigerator – it's up to you.
