Step 1:
Berry preparation is the most important process. Especially if it is the preparation of berries for harvesting for the winter in this format. The berry grows on a twig.
Step 2:
It needs to be robbed, but first thoroughly rinsed.

So that the jam does not ferment, the washed berries should be laid out in one layer and, shaking the plane on which you put them, get rid of excess moisture. In short, there should be no moisture on the berries.
Step 4:
While all this is happening, we will prepare honey - any that you like. But it is desirable that it be like this, as in the picture – that is, to flow.
Step 5:
As soon as the berries dry out, they should be crushed in any convenient way. I did it in a blender. You can even wipe it through a sieve.
Step 6:
Then we will send this mass to the saucepan.
Step 7:
Add honey to this fragrant mass.
Step 8:
After mixing everything very carefully, we will decompose the viburnum with honey into dry sterilized jars and close them with ordinary lids.
Step 9:
Viburnum turns out to be very tasty and pleasant to the taste. Yes, bones remain in this mass. If you don't like it, try grinding it several times in a meat grinder or passing it through a sieve.

If you don't like the bitterness that viburnum is famous for, pour boiling water over the berries. And you can also freeze the berries before placing them in jars or lower them into a salt solution and then rinse well, dry and only then mix with honey.
If you don't have a blender or a meat grinder, it's not a tragedy – arm yourself with a pusher. Finally, pass it with your fingers.
After chopping the berries, you can put dry berries in a jar in a convenient way, layering with honey. For this purpose, you can take ceramic dishes.
Do not melt honey so that it mixes perfectly with the berry mass, because you can make it harmful from a useful product due to harmful substances released when heated.
Removing the berries from the twigs, do not throw them away, nor the leaves – dry, and then brew tea in winter, adding the stored viburnum with honey. You can cut the twigs with scissors right over the years or leave them in clusters.
Remember that viburnum with honey not only fights colds and coughs. It also helps with other problems, for example, anemia, heart diseases, blood vessels, etc.
